Parking
We would appreciate it if we can get easy access to the entrance as we have heavy items to carry into your party.
Travel Fee
A travel surcharge may apply to your events. We charge a fee of $50.00 for any event that is outside of our service area (30 miles in any direction from Horseheads).
Payment
To book your event, we require a non-Refundable cash payment of 50% of your total party package. We do not accept checks,money orders or credit cards for deposits. Your final payment is due 14 days prior to your event and is based upon your final headcount. Your final payment is due 14 days prior to your event, if the final payment is not received we reserve the right to cancel your event. If an event must be cancelled, the deposits are non-refundable but the event can be rescheduled within 30 days of the original date based on Munchkin's availability.
